Textile Jaisalmer hand woven wool blanket

This hand woven woolen blanket made in Jailasamer, Rajasthan. Jailsamer is located in the Thar desert in North Western India.  Nomads with their camels are a common site still. This blanket features traditional Rajput nomad designs. This blanket has a soft hand, a tight weave, and features careful hand embroidered details throughout. Each end is finished with a short fringe. A stunning piece to display over a bed, on a sofa, or to wear as a shawl.
