This collection of finely hand woven yak wool scarves is designed and crafted on the Tibetan plateau by one of our Tibetan partners. They are the modern, light, soft version of traditional style yak wool textiles woven for centuries by Tibetan nomads. The softest yak wool, kullu, is collected from the yaks in the Spring and traded or sold by nomads. Our partners are from nomadic regions so they have established a business to work with yak wool and other natural products.  They are true heritage pieces with a modern vibe made to endure.
